Rub-a-Dub Dub, Brothers in the Tub!
Her Name was Lola...
Aunt Val just got a puppy and we went to visit this weekend. The boys fell head over heels in love with Lola. She weighs 1.5 lbs and fits in the palm of your hand. Everett loved chasing her and tried to teach her to fetch. Lionel was laughing and reaching for her. I think he was amazed that something as small as his toys was running around. I had to remind both boys that we do have our own dog at home! Poor Zoe.
Super Dad!
Billy was showing off his strength. This is not an easy feat....Everett weighs 37 lbs and Lionel 24 lbs! Interesting side note, Billy was doing this for about a minute before I thought to get the camera, so you can imagine he was hurting as I was taking the picture. I do believe you can see his knees buckling....

Apple Picking!
Yes, in the middle of the desert, there was an apple orchard. It was a fun little drive there. Everett was super excited because Curious George picks apples, too. It was an awesome day! I loved it and want to do it every year. There are some photos with Everett's friend Joey. Everett told Joey, "Joey, I am your best friend, okay?" You'll notice that Everett is eating an apple in every picture. I think he had about 6 total and he doesn't even like apples!

Mama, Can I Feed Lionel?
Friday Funday
We went to the Children's museum on Friday for the first time in a year. I was a bit nervous taking both boys on my own, but they did great and we had such a fun day! They had some new exhibits, but it was the grocery store that excited Everett the most. He loved pushing the cart and getting groceries. Lionel had SO MUCH FUN! He just lives for this kind of stuff. He was all over the 3 and under playroom and loved the noodle forest. The only downside....leaving. Everett threw a major tantrum and was screaming, "I don't want to go to my home, my home is yucky!" at the top of his lungs. This is his new phrase. He has been having a hard time with transitions lately and every time we have to stop playing, go to sleep, or eat he tells us that he can't do it because whatever it is, is "yucky". I bought a year long pass to the museum because we definitely need to go back. We even stopped by Dada's office to visit him afterwards.
YAY!
