Happy Thanksgiving!

Gobble, Gobble

Everett enjoyed Momma's corn casserole best of all today. He also had some bread and ham and maybe one bite of green bean. Not because he wasn't hungry or didn't like it, but because he was at his best friend Gabe's house and couldn't be bothered to stop playing long enough to eat. He also couldn't be bothered to pose for me, so these are my only Thanksgiving dinner shots.

He is saying, "Mmmmmmm!" in this one.

Playtime!

Everett and Gabe had a blast on a makeshift slide while the adults ate. Everett once again proved that he has NO fear and showed off his agility and adventurous nature.

When Did This Happen?

If you want to see the passage of time, have a baby. There is no other way to actually see with your own eyes just how 15 months can fly by.

Here is a cute story from today....we were at the playground when Everett started walking on top of a small stone wall that separated the grass from a rocky area. It was about 6 inches wide and he started walking normally on it and realized that he had to put one foot in front of the other to balance on the "beam". This was hard for him so he turn sideways and walked the whole length of this (about 25 feet) and then came back the same way. A future gymnast?

"Not While I'm Eating Mom!"

This picture just cracks me up. Everett looks genuinely annoyed that I'm taking his picture while he is eating a graham cracker. To be fair, I had been following him around with the camera all afternoon. He's like a tornado these days....it's hard to capture on film.
